Every Thursday from 10:30am-11:30am we have Story Time at the library! We do Music & Motion activities and songs like Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes, Going on a Bear Hunt, and other fun things that get us moving (and shake the wiggles out before we settle into a good book). Then we read one of our many great children’s picture books while sitting in super-comfy beanbag chairs! We then move to our activity table and do a craft that connects to what was just read. If time allows we play with Legos, Connect Four, Candy Land, or something similar, emphasizing sharing, patience, communication, and kindness. Come join us!

Movie Night: CHARLOTTE’S WEB (rated G)
Caregivers, take some time for yourself this month and leave the kiddies (ages 5 and up) with us to watch the animated comedy CHARLOTTE’S WEB. It’s $2 for the movie, popcorn, juice, and fruit-infused water, and you must RSVP by 2/7, fill out some simple emergency contact paperwork before you go skipping away, and you must be back at 8pm to pick up your children, but you’ll have some nice quiet time as a result.
